Maintenance software for planning, planning and managing preventive and breakdown maintenance, inventory and resource management, statistics on the main maintenance indicators

img/portfolio/Mig1.png

Aimed at

SMEs, Service Companies, Administration of Public Bodies, Industry, Service and Real Estate Management, Transportation, Healthcare Facilities, Energy.

Graphic technical chart, flexible, complete and unlimited

The hierarchical tree composition is able to represent any relationship between the objects to be maintained: whether the relationship is functional, technical or location / geographical, each user will feel comfortable using the MIG maintenance software browser. The document traceability allows the availability of linked documents (technical data, manuals, tests / certificates, images, photos and AutoCAD drawings) as well as maintenance plans, parts lists, measurements to be taken, fault analysis and indicators.

Sustainable maintenance

A series of tools such as customizable maintenance plans and planning gantt allow you to schedule interventions with verification of resources coverage and commitment of the necessary replacement material. Maintenance plans are self-generating at time intervals, on condition, on reaching thresholds and hours of operation.

Warehouse and cost reduction

It is possible to manage consumables and spare parts on a technical drawing with relative technical archive and compatible spare parts. Handling, booking, alarms on parametrizable stocks, purchase requests, quotation, orders and approval and expense support chains complete a warehouse management designed to reduce costs and improve maintenance efficiency.

Immediate Startup

It is possible to import your machinery archive, the relative maintenance plans and any maintenance history from files in Excel format. This will reset the startup time of the product within your company.

Reports, statistics, KPI and more

Each type of forms can be graphically replicated through a report designer that allows to extract the data and then represent them in both tabular and graphical format as statistical indicators, comparison curves, etc ... The representation of standardized KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, MTBM, MDT , MRT, Technical Availability) is facilitated by graphic objects with an immediate visual impact. The report designer also allows the preview and export in the most common formats allowing you to share your work with anyone.

Maintenance software that can be consulted via a browser that allows maintenance operators to view the technical file and to enter the final data of the interventions

img/portfolio/web2.png

Aimed at

those who want to structure maintenance as in the case of public bodies and client companies; the product allows to streamline the data entry of the performers and offers tools for monitoring the activities of companies providing maintenance services.

Graphic technical archive

Each user can access the technical archive, the documentation supplied with each device simply by navigating the structural tree built in MIG. Each attachment, shared on the web, can be consulted as a technical evaluation element or to support individual interventions.

Simplified approach for maintainers

Enabled users can create new maintenance activities and fault reports. All unassigned maintenance, expiring or in alarm are reported. Through an advanced search panel it is possible to filter for:

  • intervention date
  • branch of structure and type of machine
  • request
  • alarm status
  • operator in charge

Analysis and Report

A useful feature for simple and repetitive maintenance is the multiple closure that allows you to complete, as a preventive, a series of maintenances chosen by the user with a simple wizard

Web interface for the ticketing service for reporting faults and requests for maintenance

img/portfolio/Ticket1.png

Aimed at

those who wish to provide users with a lean interface to issue requests for action. Excellent for managing a maintenance call center and operative centers with a single product.

Features

It is sufficient to indicate on which equipment the fault has occurred (the user can choose only the machines to which it is enabled) and describe the same. The maintenance activity will then be available in MIG for confirmation. The above application also gives the possibility to do advanced research on all types and on all the states of maintenance activities making it possible to analyze and print reports from any location on the Intranet / Internet.

Tool for smartphones and tablets to streamline the final accounting process and eliminate the use of paper reports

img/portfolio/App1.png

Aime at

all those who want to entrust to the internal and external teams the digital insertion of the details of the execution of the interventions. A useful tool to know in real time the executive performance of the maintenance.

Features

After authentication, the app allows you to:

  • view the assigned interventions to be performed
  • manage the taking charge of the intervention
  • open a new ticket
  • enter the final data
  • possibly declare the closure of the works by inserting a digitized handwritten signature

 Case Study

MIG, IoT and Industry 4.0

Until now, we have been used to the acquisition of data from "simple" sensors, devices capable of carrying out data collections according to specific application areas (equipment dedicated to detecting data related to room temperature, vehicles movement, quality of the air, noise levels of certain environments or the presence of certain substances). These are devices which, in different forms and modes, are somehow interrogated "manually" without relying on a network. Through the IoT (Internet of things) and more particularly the IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), on the other hand, it is possible to connect to the Internet any type of equipment or machinery by monitoring, controlling and transferring information that has to do, for example , with the maintenance or maintenance services. The purpose of the IIoT is to optimize the production process by connecting the machines together and then processing the data acquired. These analyzes make it possible to establish and optimize predictive maintenance processes with significant savings in terms of extraordinary maintenance costs.

TAM SOFTWARE supported by companies in the IoT sector and by maintenance services companies, has implemented an innovation package in the field of integrated maintenance in this direction.

The solutions created are developed accordingly to the LoRa IoTstandard, a particular development method that allows the connection of nodes (for the control of physical systems) at distances up to 15 km from the collection and aggregation gateway. Here are the main strengths of this choice:

  • Coverage: A LoRa network includes gateways for connection to the central network server. Endpoints communicate with a star network topology via a single-hop wireless connection to gateways with the ability to connect to multiple gateways, to ensure redundancy. Per coprire una grande area è sufficiente un’infrastruttura leggera.
  • Autonomy: Thanks to the contained energy demand, the end-point of a battery-powered LoRa network can work for many years, a sufficient duration in many applications, which has a significant effect on the operating costs of a network with numerous end-points.
  • Modularity/Flexibility: In this way a complete remote management of processes and products is obtained based on an innovative and efficient wireless architecture. At the same time, this approach is useful as a tool for new applications and the implementation of intelligent automations to make a process / product more efficient and effective.
